(She/Her/Hers)
I’m a Counselling Therapist, and my passion is being alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges, make sense of their experiences, and step into a healthier, more grounded version of themselves. I work with university students — especially those in medical school, or other helping professional programs — who are balancing academic demands, personal growth, and relationships. I also work closely with people who want to explore and heal from trauma, whether it’s a recent event or something that’s been carried silently for years.
Before becoming a therapist, I taught first and second graders in Fort McMurray, Alberta. I then served as a school counsellor in Fort McMurray and with the PEI Public Schools Branch after returning home to PEI, Canada to be closer to my family. Those experiences taught me that people thrive when they feel truly seen, heard, and understood, and that healing often begins in the presence of someone who believes in you, even when you’re struggling to believe in yourself.
I completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a 9-month clinical therapy internship program under the mentorship of an experienced clinical supervisor. My approach is structured yet deeply personal, I don’t just meet you where you are, I walk with you every step of the way. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, integrating mindfulness practices to help you slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself.
When you work with me, you can expect a safe, supportive space where nothing is “too much” to talk about. I’ll help you uncover the patterns and beliefs that have been holding you back, while shining a light on the strengths and resilience you already carry. You don’t have to have it all figured out before starting therapy, you just have to be willing to take that first step. I’ll be right there beside you as you do.
If you’re ready to explore your story, heal what’s been weighing on you, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are, I would be honoured to be part of that journey.
I hold a 500 hour MODO yoga teacher certification and I value integrating therapeutic approaches infused with mindfulness for healing and growth. I enjoy living an active lifestyle, spending time with family and friends, and the outdoors with my golden retriever.

Adetola Williams
(He/Him/His)
Languages: English and Yoruba
Adetola holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA, has a rich background in theology, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP). This multidisciplinary foundation allows him to approach therapy with a nuanced understanding of the human condition, integrating spiritual inquiry with psychodynamically informed (Intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy), evidence-based practice.
Grounded in psychodynamic and expressive therapies, Adetola works with individuals facing mood and personality difficulties, neurodevelopmental conditions, and complex trauma. His work focuses on uncovering the unconscious patterns, early relational experiences, and conflicted inner narratives that shape how clients experience themselves and others in the present. Sessions can feel exploratory, emotionally intense, and at times challenging, as he actively invites clients to question familiar stories about who they are and how their relationships work.
While Adetola believes that each person is inherently worthy and whole, he also views symptoms and distress as meaningful expressions of deeper, often unconscious struggles. Rather than offering primarily supportive or advice driven therapy, he is interested in helping clients examine the underlying emotional and relational dynamics that give rise to their current difficulties.
In the therapy room, Adetola’s stance is warm and deeply engaged, but also direct and challenging. He encourages clients to bring forward thoughts, feelings, fantasies, and impulses they might normally censor, and together they explore the tensions, contradictions, and desires that emerge. By working with these less visible aspects of experience (including those that may feel uncomfortable, shameful, or confusing), Adetola aims to facilitate genuine psychological change, greater freedom in relationships, and a more integrated, authentic sense of self.
